Plasticity: Plasticity refers to the ability of metal materials to produce plastic deformation (permanent deformation) without damage under load.

Hardness: hardness is a pointer to measure the hardness of metal materials. At present, the commonly used method for measuring hardness in consumption is the indentation hardness method, which uses the indenter with corresponding geometric shape to press into the surface of the metal material to be tested under the corresponding load, and determines its hardness value according to the degree of indentation.

Common methods include Brinell hardness (HB), Rockwell hardness (HRA, HRB, HRC) and Vickers hardness (HV).

Fatigue: The strength, plasticity and hardness discussed above are all indicators of mechanical properties of metal under static load. In theory, many machine parts work under cyclic load, and under this condition, parts will become tired.

Impact toughness: the load acting on the machine at a great speed is called the impact load, and the ability of metal to resist damage under the impact load is called the impact toughness.

Strength: strength refers to the ability of metal materials to resist damage (excessive plastic deformation or fracture) under static load. Since the action modes of load include tension, compression, bending, shearing, etc., the strength is also divided into tensile strength, compressive strength, bending strength, shear strength, etc. There is often a connection between various strengths, and the tensile strength is usually used as the basic strength indicator.

1、 Galvanized welded square pipe for low-pressure fluid escort, standard number is GB/T3091-2008. Representative materials: Q235A, Q235BQ345B, etc. It is mainly used for escorting water, gas, air, oil and heating hot water or steam, and is used for ordinary low pressure fluids.

3、 The standard number of the welded square tube for mining fluid is GB/T14291-2000. The representative material is Q235A and B grade steel. It is mainly used for straight seam welded square pipes for mine air pressure, drainage and axial gas drainage.  

4、 Large diameter electric welded square tube for low pressure fluid escort, standard number is GB/T14980-1994. The representative material is Q235AB. It is mainly used to escort water, sewage, gas, air, heating steam and other low-pressure fluids.  

5、 Stainless steel welded square tube for mechanical structure, standard number is GB/T12770-1991. Representative materials are 0Cr13, 1Cr17, 00Cr19Ni11, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, etc. Mainly used for machinery, automobiles, bicycles, furniture, hotel and restaurant decoration and other mechanical parts and structural parts.  

6、 Stainless steel welded square tube for fluid escort, standard number is GB/T12771-1991. The representative materials are 0Cr13, 0Cr19Ni9, 00Cr19Ni11, 00Cr17, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, 0017Cr17Ni14Mo2, etc. It is mainly used to escort low-pressure corrosive media.  

7、 Spiral square tube for low-pressure escort (standard of the Ministry of Petroleum)? The standard number is SY/T5037-2008. The representative materials are Q235BQ345B and other carbon steel materials. Mainly used for low pressure water, oil, natural gas, heating and other pipelines.
