How to paint square tubes to prevent corrosion

The galvanized square tube in Wuxi has uniform wall thickness. The weld is even. There is no splitting, sand hole, ridge and concavity. Wuxi square tube shall be provided with product material list and certificate, which can be divided into the following points:

1. The galvanized square pipe hoop shall use the wire hoop. Silk and clear stable buckle. The zinc coating is intact without peeling. No splitting. Both ends are smooth without burrs. The product certificate shall be provided.

2. The locking nut (root nut) is intact in appearance. The thread is clear. The product certificate shall be provided.

3. Wuxi square tube galvanized square tube mouth protector is used to distinguish thin and thick tubes. The mouth protector shall be intact. The product certificate shall be provided.

4. Iron lamp holder box, switch box, junction box, etc. The thickness of metal plate shall not be less than 1.2mm. The galvanized square pipe layer shall be free from peeling. No deformation and open welding. The knock off hole is intact. Panel mounting holes and ground wire welding feet are complete. The product certificate shall be provided.

5. The specification, height and width, and installation hole spacing of the galvanized square tube panel and cover plate of Wuxi square tube shall match with the box used. The appearance is intact. The color of the board is uniform and different. The product certificate shall be provided.

6. Round steel, flat steel, angle steel, galvanized square pipe and other materials shall meet the requirements of relevant national specifications. The zinc coating is intact. The product certificate shall be provided.

7. Bolts, screws, expansion bolts, nuts, washers, etc. shall be galvanized.

8. Other materials such as galvanized square tube (such as lead wire, welding electrode, antirust paint, cement, engine oil, etc.) shall be free from outdated degeneration.
