Torque tube Introduction of:
1. Consumption and manufacturing methods:
① The operating temperature of ordinary boiler tubes is below 450 ℃, and domestic tubes are mainly made of No. 10 and No. 20 carbon steel hot-rolled tubes or cold drawn tubes.
② High pressure boiler tubes are often in high temperature and high pressure conditions when they are used. Under the action of high-temperature flue gas and water vapor, the tubes will be oxidized and corroded. The steel pipe is required to have high durability, high oxidation and corrosion resistance, and good organizational stability.
2. Use:
① Ordinary boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture water wall tubes, boiling water tubes, superheated steam tubes, superheated steam tubes for locomotive boilers, large and small smoke tubes, arch brick tubes, etc.
② High pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, air ducts, main steam pipes, etc. of high-pressure and ultra-high pressure boilers.
3. Variety
Boiler tubes are divided into ordinary boiler tubes and high-pressure boiler tubes according to the accepted high temperature performance. Whether ordinary boiler tubes or high-pressure boiler tubes can be divided into various steel tubes according to their different uses.
4. Specification and appearance quality
(1) GB3087-82 Seamless Steel Tubes for Low and Medium Pressure Boilers. There are 43 types of steel pipes with diameters of 10~426mm for boilers of various structures. The wall thickness is 1.5~26mm, 29 kinds in total. However, the outer diameter and wall thickness of superheated steam pipes, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes and arch brick pipes for locomotive boilers are subject to other rules.
(2) Seamless Steel Tubes for High Pressure Boilers (GB5310-95) Hot rolled tubes have an outer diameter of 22~530mm and a wall thickness of 20~70mm. Cold drawn (cold rolled) pipes have an outer diameter of 10~108mm and a wall thickness of 2.0~13.0mm.
(3) GB3087-82 Seamless Steel Tubes for Low and Medium Pressure Boilers and GB5310-95 Seamless Steel Tubes for High Pressure Boilers. Appearance quality: no cracks, folds, folds, scars, delaminations and hairlines are allowed on the inner surface of the steel pipe. These defects shall be eliminated completely.
