1. Clearing Q345 seamless rectangular pipe orifice: clean all sundries in the socket.

2. Clearing the rubber ring and upper rubber ring: clean the adhesive on the rubber ring, bend the rubber ring into "quincunx" or "8" shape and put it into the socket groove, and press it once along the whole rubber ring by hand, or use a rubber hammer to compact it, so as to ensure that all parts of the rubber ring are not warped or twisted, and are evenly stuck in the groove.

3. Brush lubricant on the outer surface of the socket and rubber ring: evenly brush the lubricant on the inner surface of the rubber ring installed at the socket. When brushing lubricant on the outer surface of the socket, evenly brush all socket parts except the socket line.

4. Pipe laying: Q345 seamless rectangular pipe shall be laid to the bottom of the groove according to the requirements of the pipe, usually by manual laying or mechanical laying.

5. Installation of machinery and equipment: install the prepared machinery and equipment in place, and pay attention not to pollute the cleared Q345 seamless rectangular pipe again during installation.

6. Push Q345 seamless rectangular pipe to insert it into the socket: during installation, in order to insert the socket into the socket more labor-saving and smooth. First, put the socket into the socket and press the socket onto the rubber ring in the socket, connect the wire rope and chain block, and tighten the chain block; Until the spigot is fully inserted into the socket, a gap of about 2mm should be left between the socket and the spigot, and the distance between the outer edge of the socket and the rubber ring should be different.

During installation, the axis lines of fixed and moving pipes should be in a straight line, otherwise the rubber ring will be easily pushed out, affecting the quality and speed of installation. Q345 seamless rectangular tubes should be installed flat, and the Q345 seamless rectangular tubes should be in a straight line. When there is a tilt angle, be careful. Align the interface connecting Q345 seamless rectangular pipe with the socket. If the insertion resistance is too large, do not force the insertion to prevent the rubber ring from twisting. Vegetable oil should be used as lubricating oil for rubber ring; In cold winter, the rubber ring can be preheated with hot water to reduce hardness and install quickly.
