Seamless square tube Classification:
1. Hardness
Hardness is a pointer to measure the hardness of metal materials. At present, the indentation hardness method is commonly used to measure the hardness in consumption. It uses the indenter with corresponding geometric shape to press into the surface of the metal data to be tested under the corresponding load, and measures the hardness value according to the indentation level.
Common methods include Brinell hardness (HB), Rockwell hardness (HRA, HRB, HRC) and Vickers hardness (HV).
2. Plasticity
Plasticity refers to the ability of metal materials to produce plastic deformation (permanent deformation) without destruction under the action of load.
3. Weariness
Strength, plasticity and hardness are all indicators of mechanical properties of metal under static load. In practice, many machine parts work under cyclic load, under which condition the parts will become tired. Special shaped steel pipes with other sectional shapes are also required.
